Our fundraising banquest designs can be customized to fit your needs. All text is fully customizable and photos can be replaced to suit your needs (fees may apply).

Banquet Packages include:
Invitation: is 5"
x 7" printed in color on 1 side on 100# gloss
cover with A7 envelope
Confirmation card: 4.125" x 5.5" printed in color on 1 side
on 100# gloss cover with A2 envelope. (Please be sure to let us know if you will need to write on the confirmation card as the glossy finish may make writing difficult.)
RSVP Card: 4.125"
x 5.5" printed in black ink on 2 sides on 80#
uncoated cover with A2 envelope
Pledge Card: 4.125" x
5.5" printed in black ink on 2 sides on 80#
uncoated cover with A2 envelope. (replace pledge card and envelope with a remittance
style Pledge Envelope at no extra charge.)
Program: 8.5"
x 11" folded to 8.5" x 5.5" printed
in color on front and black on the inside on 80# gloss
text. (Programs can be printed closer to time of banquet, allow 4 weeks for printing and delivery. Also available with blank inside for customization later - please let us know if you will be running them through a copy machine as paper choice may be affected.)

Posters
Posters are available in 11" x 17" and
8.5" x 11" sizes. They are beautiful and
sturdy so that you can hang them up early.
Save the Date Postcards
Want to get the word out to your donor and supporters before the invitations are ready to go out? What about a matching Postcard?
Both sizes are printed in stunning full color on 14pt gloss with UV coating on the front. Black ink with optional UV coating on the back. (Please specify if you do not want UV coating)

Podium Sign: $29.95
Podium signs are available in any size up to 12 x 18 mounted on heavy white card stock. (12 x 18 cards are no bleed, all smaller size can have color bleeding to the edge.)
