Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What can I change on stock designs?
    – All text is customizable unless otherwise specified. (Some items like notecards may be pre-printed and therefore uneditable)
  2. What about changing photos?
    – Photos can be changed for a $25 fee.
  3. Can I use my own photos?
    – Sure. We would love to include your high quality digital photographs free of charge. Please keep in mind that they need to be high resolution (300 dpi) and at least as big as you intend to use them.
  4. Can I use my logo?
    – Sure. High quality digital logos are always welcome. Just email the best quality file you have. If it was designed by a professional, please send the original files. (We can accept ai, eps, tif, and high quality jpg files and many others.
  5. How long will it take to get my order?
    – Normally you can have your order in your hands in 2 -2.5 weeks from your final approval of the artwork (be sure to allow time for proofing before we send it to the printer.) Annual reports and larger projects may take a little longer.
  6. What if I need a something I don't see on the website?
    – Give us a call, explain what you need and let us give you a price on creating a custom item that will perfectly fit your needs!
  7. Can I order online?
    – We prefer to assist you personally over the phone. However, if you know exactly what you want, you can download an order form and fax or email us the details: info@keenermarketing.net. Once we receive your order you'll get a confirmation and in most cases a PDF proof to approve by email.
