3 ways to Order

We're flexible:

1. Send your order by email

Email is usually the easiest and most accurate way to place your order. Just be sure to include the following:

• Design #
• Quantity and options (e.g. color choices or multiple sizes)
• When you need them
• Any necessary text changes
• Photo or color changes (charges may apply)
• Billing Information
• Shipping information
• Contact Name/Phone number

2. Fax in an order form

Most items on our website have an order form available in our order form packet. Complex items like Banquet packages may not be included due to the intense nature of the customization process for these items. These items are usually best ordered email so that the appropriate text can be included.

3. Give us a call

The best option for simple orders, if you have questions about your order or just feel more comfortable talking to a real person. Feel free to call us and speak to Mary or Flo and we will be glad to take your order over the phone. We may ask you to email us your text and any logos or images that may need to be included.
